  6. Confirm your order

You'll receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp and email with your order details and tracking information.

How long does delivery take?

Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days across India

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available for select products and locations)

Delivery times may vary during festivals and peak seasons. You'll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order in multiple ways:

  • Visit the "My Orders" section on our website
  • Use the tracking link sent via WhatsApp/SMS
  • Click on the tracking ID in your order confirmation email
  • Contact our customer support with your order ID

Real-time tracking updates are available once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we deliver within India only to all serviceable pin codes. International shipping will be available soon.

Yes, COD is available for most products and locations. COD availability depends on:

  • Order value (maximum ₹10,000 for COD)
  • Product category

Additional COD charges of ₹49 apply. COD availability will be shown at checkout.

Return Window: 7 days from delivery date

Eligible for Return:

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Product not as described
  • Size/color mismatch (for applicable products)

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging with tags intact
  • Invoice/bill must be included

Certain products like religious items, crystals, and personalized yantras may not be eligible for return once opened/used.

How do I return a product?

  1. Go to "My Orders" section
  2. Select the order you want to return
  3. Click "Return" and select reason
  4. Schedule pickup or visit nearest drop point
  5. Hand over the product with invoice

You'll receive return confirmation and refund updates via WhatsApp/SMS.

When will I receive my refund?

Refund timeline:

  • Product quality check: 2-3 business days after pickup
  • Refund initiation: Within 1 business day after approval
  • Credit to account: 5-7 business days (varies by bank/payment method)

Refund Methods:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • Bank transfer (for COD orders - requires bank details)
  • Allso Mart wallet credit (instant - can be used for future purchases)

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, exchanges are available for size/color variants of the same product within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Process:

  1. Initiate exchange from "My Orders"
  2. Select new size/color/variant
  3. Schedule pickup of original product
  4. New product will be shipped once original is received

Exchange is subject to product availability. If variant not available, refund will be processed.

  3. Verify OTP sent to your mobile
  4. Fill in name, email, and create password
  5. Click "Create Account"

You can also sign up using Google or Facebook for faster registration.

How do I reset my password?

  1. Go to login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password?"
  3. Enter registered mobile number or email
  4. Verify OTP sent to your mobile/email
  5. Create and confirm new password

If you face issues, contact customer support with registered details.

Can I change my registered mobile number?

Yes, you can update your mobile number:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to "Profile" or "Account Settings"
  3. Click "Edit" next to mobile number
  4. Enter new mobile number
  5. Verify OTP on both old and new numbers

For security reasons, OTP verification on both numbers is required.

How do I update my address?

Manage your addresses easily:

  • Go to "My Account" → "Manage Addresses"
  • Add new address or edit existing ones
  • Set default address for faster checkout
  • You can save multiple addresses (home, office, etc.)

Addresses can also be added/edited during checkout process.

How do I become a seller on Allso Mart?

Registration Process:

  1. Click "Become a Seller" on homepage
  2. Fill registration form with business details
  3. Upload required documents (GST, PAN, Bank Details)
  4. Provide business address and contact information
  5. Submit application for verification

Our team will verify your details and activate your seller account within 2-3 business days.

What are the charges for selling?

Commission Structure:

  • No Registration Fee
  • Commission: 5-15% per sale (category-dependent)
  • Payment gateway charges: 2% of transaction
  • Shipping charges: As per actual (can use our logistics partner)

Detailed commission structure will be shared during onboarding. Special rates available for bulk sellers.

What products can I sell?

Allowed Categories:

Prohibited: Counterfeit items, weapons, illegal substances, adult content

How do I receive payments?

Payment Cycle:

  • Payments released twice a month (1st and 15th)
  • Settlement after 7-day return window
  • Direct bank transfer to registered account
  • Detailed payment reports in seller dashboard

Commission and charges automatically deducted before payment. GST input credit available.
